Transforming Touch and Transforming Presence are the main tools in the developmental trauma focused practice TEB (Transforming the Experience based Brain).
TEB is the result of decades of empirical practice and research from Stephen Terrell PsyD (http://austinattach.com). It includes a relational framework, touch (whether direct in person or intentional in a video chat through presence), and a well rounded protocol that is easy to follow for anyone.
Somatic Resilience & Regulation (SRR) is more dynamic form of regulation work taught by Kathy Kain and Steve Terrell. It is a relational, somatic, interactive and dynamic practice that supports nervous system regulation in the context of trauma (whether caused by shock or early challenges) and the dysregulation that can come along with it.
Recommended for supporting regulation, insight, and support in patients that find they can difficultly change patterns relating to attachment, fears, nervous tension, hyper and hypoactivity. It is well received by, and supportive towards neurodiverse populations.
Both of those practices can be done online, or in person.

I trained in France and completed a 5000+ hours full-time cursus in 2003. I have 20 years of experience in traditional osteopathic practice, with a full scope of treatment modalities and approaches that cater to every single part of body.

I use a mixed, dynamic and fully tailored Osteo-articular, Cranial, Visceral, Myo-Fascial and Biodynamic approach, all while keeping a strong attention to the quality of the therapeutic relationship.

My osteopathic focus is about helping you to reestablish, and find simple and meaningful ways to maintain your vital balance, no matter what may have disrupted it.

Over time, I also have trained professionally in Flower Essence Therapy, Trauma aware Co-regulating touch (TEB), Vagal regulation techniques, Osteopathic Paediatrics and Pre/Post partum care.

I also have good basic knowledge of herbal remedies, acupuncture, psychology and many other traditional and alternative healthcare approaches that I use to orient you towards the most adapted practices and practitioners when there is a problematic that is not in my capacity to support.
